Keeping Order in the Court

Rosalyn Frierson may not be a judge, but she does keep order in the court. Rosalyn is the director of the South Carolina Court Administration. She was also recently named the vice-chair of the Board of Directors of the National Center for State Courts and has been elected president of the Conference of State Court Administrators, which is a national organization that represents the top chief executives of the courts of all 50 states and U.S. territories.
