To support the Alumni Association’s scholarship initiatives, the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles offers Carolina alumni and supporters the chance to purchase official University license plates bearing the Carolina athletic logo and featuring a garnet and black color scheme.
South Carolina residents can purchase the plate for two years for $70, with $40 going toward academic scholarships at the state’s flagship university.

The University of South Carolina plate and the Back-to-Back National Baseball Championship plate are each $70 (for two years) plus the regular registration fee required. $40 of your purchase will help support academic scholarships at the University!

- Download the Form MV-95 from the Department of Motor Vehicles website (uses Acrobat Reader) and mail it to:

- Call the DMV Central Division offices at (803) 896-5000 and request a Form MV-95
- Simply stop by your local DMV and fill-out the Form MV-95
