Where We Stand
Carolina leads Georgia, Arkansas and Ole Miss in total dues-paying membership, with the Bulldogs’ alumni nipping at our heels. We’re also within striking distance of Alabama and Kentucky. In fact, our goal is to ascend to 40,000 dues-paying members in 2010. Getting to 40K will not only move us into the top three, but also put us in range of Florida and Auburn.
Why Join Up?
We want to provide a valuable experience to those who choose to support the University through membership in the Alumni Association with members-only benefits and exclusive access to special events and programs designed to support the University and its students through advocacy and scholarships. Your dues maintain and enhance alumni club events held nationwide to allow networking and engaging opportunities with fellow alumni, near and far.
Where Do My Dues Go?
Carolina Alumni Association dues go directly back into supporting the University. The Alumni Association contributes more than $600,000 per year to academic scholarships, the most of any school in the Southeastern Conference.
What Do I Get?
Your Alumni Association dues are not only tax deductible (consult your financial advisor), but they also give you access to benefits you can use nationwide. Whether it’s online discounts on insurance, travel and dozens of national retailers, including Gamecock merchandise outlets, or exclusive access to members-only events such as sports preview parties with Gamecock coaches and players, your membership has plenty to give back!
