Looking for a place to host a business meeting or celebrate a significant life event? Look no further than the University of South Carolina Alumni Center. A place to gather, network, connect with fellow alumni and reconnect to Carolina, this world-class hospitality center represents the strong network of Gamecock leaders in our great state and throughout the world. With more than 60,000 square feet of beautifully created space, we can host everything from small training sessions and cocktail parties to large conferences and breath-taking weddings.

The space designed for My Carolina Student Network leaders provides a collaborative space filled with natural light and modern finishings. The garnet walls are adorned with campus pictures reflective of the memories created while at Carolina. My Carolina Student Network is the largest student organization at the University of South Carolina.

Three beautiful and technologically advanced conference rooms are available for rent on the first floor of the USC Alumni Center. Each room accommodates 15-25 people and offers a beautiful wood conference table, comfortable chairs and technology to meet any guest’s needs. The views of Senate Street into the Vista are also hard to beat.

Conference rooms were named in honor of Coach Dawn Staley and the Women's Basketball Team (given by the Canyon Creek Foundation), Joy and Paul Carter, and the Richland/Lexington Alumni Board.

The Honorable C. Edward Floyd Board Room is a space specifically designed for the University of South Carolina Board of Trustees and My Carolina Board of Governors' meetings. The beautiful space boasts spectacular views of the Vista, beautiful custom wood accents, and picturesque windows.

Located in the lobby of the Alumni Center, the Connections Wall offers a large screen featuring the beautiful Carolina campus and information about USC. Alumni can use the interactive table in the lobby to find and connect to other graduates. My Carolina Connections app gives alumni the ability to record a video about what “My Carolina” means to them. The videos are all displayed on the Connections Wall for other visitors to enjoy.

Be swept away by the grandeur of the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Grand Staircase when you first step inside the USC Alumni Center. The stunning entryway leads to the magnificent staircase with its curved, wood railings, garnet carpet and the University of South Carolina logo adorning the wall above. It's just the right place to take wedding photos, graduation pictures or family portraits.

Open meeting areas encourage creativity, collaboration, collective learning, and teamwork. These spaces on the 3rd floor of the USC Alumni Center include high-top tables, a whiteboard wall, comfortable couches, and two large interactive screens. The 'word wall' offers extra inspiration as the My Carolina Alumni Association staff chose the words as the characteristics they plan to bring to work every day.

The Momentum Wall is an unique feature that brings the vibrant University of South Carolina campus into the halls of her Alumni Center. The large screens spanning two walls in the lobby, offer images, statistics and other fun information from Carolina's active student life. The technology uses social media handles and hashtags to give visitors a real-time look at campus life. The Momentum Wall can be adjusted to accompany events held at the USC Alumni Center, such as fundraisers, weddings, reunions, and conferences.

The Honorable Robert V. Royall Presidential Dining Room

The Honorable Robert V. Royall Presidential Dining Room provides an elegant venue for dining, small receptions and meetings. Featuring luxurious decor, this high-end space is where the university President holds his coveted events. The room holds 80 guests for a seated dinner or 115 guests for a cocktail reception.

The grand ballroom is a 10,000 square foot dividable space available for meetings, conferences, weddings and other events. The ballroom features lovely wood accents, unique chandeliers and can be decorated to fit any occasion. The entire ballroom can hold 550 guests for a seated dinner and up to 900 guests for a cocktail reception.

Located on the third floor of the USC Alumni Center, the Elizabeth and John Parker Creed Hallway features the tenets of the Carolinian Creed along with campus images reminiscent of times past. Established in the late 1980s, the Carolinian Creed outlines guiding principles Carolina students and alumni should use throughout their lives.

Located on the third floor of the USC Alumni Center, My Carolina Alumni Association's space proudly shows its Gamecock pride. From the words of We Hail Thee etched in the entrance-way glass to the garnet and black fixtures throughout the space, My Carolina definitely represents its network of nearly 300,000 living alumni and Gamecocks globally. Through programs, services, activities, events, and webinars—My Carolina is the way to support student learning outside of the classroom, connect to each other and advocate on behalf of our university.

The Marsha Cole Gamecock Gates, given by Tracy and Charles Hardaway, is located off the patio adjacent to the ballroom. The ornate, wrought-iron gates is the grand entrance to a large outdoor patio that can play host to cocktail receptions, student events, luncheon meetings, holiday parties and other celebrations - all under the open sky. The Gamecock Patio accommodates up to 110 guests. A tent can be rented and installed in pre-existing anchors to allow for covered, more intimate events.

The donor wall proudly showcases our $25,000 to $10 million donors in the prefunction area of the ballroom. The plaques hang against a wooden backdrop and provide a beautiful background for guests in the pre-reception area.
