2017 Board of Governors New Member Slate

The Nominating Committee received an overwhelming response to this year’s Call for Nominations and the competition for our open positions was fierce. The Nominating Committee presented a slate of candidates to the Board of Governors for the District 5 and District 7 seats:
Ronald J. (Ron) Lordo
5th Congressional District
B.S., Moore School, 1986
Fort Mill, SC
Ron Lordo, B.S. ’86, Moore School, of Fort Mill, South Carolina, is the nominee to represent the Fifth Congressional District. Ron is the Vice President of Materials Resource Management for Carolinas HealthCare System in Charlotte, NC and previously held leadership positions in supply chain and corporate real estate and facilities management for Springs Industries, Inc. Ron serves on the advisory board for the Moore School’s Global Supply Chain and Operations Management program and served as President of the UofSC Alumni Band for over 20 years.
Ron is married to Leanne Lordo, Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations, Fort Mill School District (B.S. ’86, Accounting). Ron’s son, Ross, is a senior at UofSC Honors College (majoring in Public Health) and serves as the University’s Student Body President.
Kellah F. Webster
7th Congressional District
B.S., HRSM, 1992
Kellah Fortson Webster, B.S. ’92, HRSM, of Conway, South Carolina, is the nominee to represent the Seventh Congressional District. Kellah is a third generation Carolina graduate and co-owner of Environmental Systems Testing Services. She is the President of the Horry County Gamecock Club and has served on that Board of Directors for 18 years. Kellah is also a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and has served her church and community in various capacities
Kellah is married to David Webster and has one son, Nicholas – a May 2017 UofSC graduate.
