My Carolina

Three academic merit award programs are proudly sponsored and funded by the Alumni Association and the contributions of its members. Awards are made to entering freshmen. Application deadlines vary with the award program.

For students applying to enter the University of South Carolina in August of 2012, scholarship applications are now available from My Carolina. Applications for academic scholarships and admission to South Carolina Honors College are available from the USC Office of Admissions.

Legacy Scholarship Program Incoming freshmen may apply for this $2,000 award ($500 per year). Out-of-state awardees might receive a reduction in tuition. Richard T. Greener Endowment Fund Learn more about this $8,000 ($2,000 per year) award, sponsored by the Black Alumni Council! Alumni Scholarship Program Incoming freshmen may apply for this $20,000 award ($5,000 per year). Out-of-state awardees might receive a reduction in tuition.
