Join My Carolina Club of Washington, DC and other SEC Alumni Chapters on Thursday, August 23 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. for the SEC Kickoff Party at the Crystal City Sports Pub!
Crystal City Sports Pub is located a few blocks from the Crystal City Metro (blue and yellow lines). CC Sports Pub is letting us use the 3rd floor non-smoking level and will offer drink and food specials:
- discounts on Miller Lite, Yeungling and Sports Pub Ale Drafts: $2 pints and $9 pitchers
- 20% off regular priced food items
We will be kicking off the upcoming football season and also welcoming two new schools, Texas A&M and Mizzou, to the SEC. Admission to the event is free and you will be a given a wristband at the door to let the restaurant know you are part of the event.
We will be raffling off items donated by each local club and the proceeds will be donated to Habitat for Humanity:
Alabama

- LSU DC Alumni crawfish boil trays
- 2 tickets to the 2013 Washington, D.C. Louisiana Collegiate Coalition
- Crawfish Boil - Bayou Fête X ($130 value)
- Other Louisiana stuff - Tony's, beads, cups, etc.
Florida
- Bradley Beal signed basketball
