Carolina Kids Application

The Carolina Kids Program is free to all children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews of Carolina Alumni Association members (from newborns to high-school seniors). You activate their enrollment by submitting this form to the Alumni Association.

Alumni Association members:
No fee for enrollment. Simply submit this form online or print it out and mail it to us!

Non-Alumni Association members:
Complete this form and include a check for $50, payable to "Carolina Alumni Association" or join online, complete this online form and write "just joined online" in the Additional Information and Comments field below.
