Three academic merit award programs are proudly sponsored and funded by the Alumni Association and the contributions of its members. Awards are made to entering freshmen. Application deadlines vary with the award program.

For students applying to enter the University of South Carolina in August of 2010, scholarship applications are now available.

*Application for Academic Scholarships and Admission to South Carolina Honors College Available from USC Office of Admissions.

Support for the Alumni Association's Scholarship Fund
In order to provide scholarship assistance for hundreds of students each academic year, we rely on the support of alumni.

Legacy Scholarship Program
Incoming freshmen may apply for this $2,000 award ($500 per year). Out-of-state awardees are entitled to reduced tuition.

Alumni Scholarship Program
Incoming freshmen may apply for this $20,000 award ($5,000 per year). Out-of-state awardees are entitled to resident tuition.

Richard T. Greener Endowment Fund
Learn more about this $8,000 ($2,000 per year) award, sponsored by the Black Alumni Council!
