Nika White is a 1998 graduate of the University of South with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, mass communications.
During her time at South Carolina, Nika was involved in the Theta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Association of African American Students (AAAS), Multicultural Advertising Internship Program (MAIP), Gospel Choir; and served as a Resident Advisor.
Nika currently serves as the President and CEO of Nika White Consulting; a management consulting firm that intersects the work of diversity, equity and inclusion consulting firm with leadership and business to help integrate strategic diversity, and intentional inclusion into business frameworks.
When asked what lead to a career in diversity and inclusion, Nika said, “My belief that diversity, equity and inclusion are not just a check mark for good business, it’s a way to transform the world.”
As an alumna, Nika is actively involved with the Black Alumni Council serving as the Greenville representative.
“Having the opportunity to engage with the students and help enhance the student experience for African Americans is my greatest joy,” Nika said.”
